Princess Korkers

So here are 2 Korkers that I have made with embellishments. The one is Black and Hot Pink and the other is Brown & Pink! The black and pink one is not a very full one compared to the other one! I am sorry for the sideways picture. I cant figure out how to get it to rotate!?!? anyone know??

And another from last night...

Alright so I was feeling a little funky in the middle of all the fall stuff and so I made last night too!! This is a 5" (yes I now it's big!) :) Boutique Loopy Surround Bow. This works better for a little older girl like 4 years and up BUT... Good news I can make a smaller version if you would like!! So let me know what you think!! Also please forgive me for the sideways photo, I can not get it to rotate! :(

2 more designs I did last night...

So I was able to do a few more designs late last night and I wanted to share them with you! I did a 3" Boutique bow with a pumpkin for Halloween and Mini Korker clippie for Fall! I am going to add a pic too of Sophie wearing one of the mini korkers in Hot pink to show it on a Model, oh and check out her straight hair!!! Yes it was killing me and I had to see what she looks like under ALL that beautiful curl!! She looks so much older...but very cute I thought!!

We will be moving in January!

Alot of you have already heard but for those of you that have not yet I wanted to fill you in. Ron Will be coming home in December after 12 LONG months in Korea. As for the date we are not sure yet. We are hoping for mid Dec. but we will know a more specific date in about a month! We were asked to give a list of our 1st 3 choices of where we wanted to be stationed and 1st on out list was Fort Lewis, WA for many reasons. Well you are not always guaranteed to get what you want because of rank and availability BUT fortunately We got what we asked for!! We plan to move the end of Jan or the first week of Feb. If any other news become available I will update this blog! I hope this finds everyone well. ((hugs)) from us all!

How many times have you gone shopping for a pacifier clip and you think" those are so ugly, That is all they have to choose from?" Well you no longer have to worry about that! I have you covered! There are designs for Girls & Boys! I can even make them to match any outfit and a matching bow to to top it off! I will share a few and then add some more later maybe in a slide show! Let me know what you think of these. Are they just not so cute!

Halloween is almost here...Are you ready?

So I have started making a few Halloween clips and will have the Halloween bows done next week. I will also have the Fall ones started next week... I know I am behind. My ribbon order should be here this weekend and then it will be ribbons, bows, Clips OH MY till the wee hours of the morning!

It's Been so lomg and I am sooo sorry...

This summer has been a crazy one and I have just NOT been able to keep up like I would have liked. I apologize to those of you that have been wondering when I was going to add more stuff, Please forgive me for not updating more often! I hope you ALL have enjoyed your summer!

My first Blog entry!

So here we go for my first Blog entry!! I did not realize that so much went into setting up a blog, Darn it...something else that could become addicting! :) Well I thought I would add a pic of Sophie modeling my newest design (and some of her goofy faces). I will add another photo looking at it straight on! I made this during naptime (to match this dress) right before we went to a wedding this last Sat night! I would love feedback. Althought making bows is so fun, it is not as easy as it looks!!!

Welcome To Sophie G Designs

Welcome friends and family!! I have started this blog to use as and intro to my new hobby and also to keep you all up to date with all the changes we will be going through the next year. The new hobby I have given ALL of my spare time to is making hair bows. It all started when I bought 2 bows for Sophia's hair and thought"I can do that"!!! And so here I am with Sophie G Designs named after my inspiration.

Oh and I will in the next few months be getting a website up & running that will display ALL of my stuff and you will be able to purchase from there. For now if there is something that you see that you just have to have, contact me and we will work it out!!
